Yesterday was the Fall Festival at the school I'm doing my student teaching at. Another student teacher and I went together for a couple of hours. Oh my goodness....it was crazy! They had everything from a pumpkin patch, a cake walk, games, a moon walk, food, silent and live auctions, face painting, and a lot more! Supposedly, the school raises around $60,000 each year.....isn't that is insane?! The silent auction was pretty cool....each class makes a basket. Some baskets are valued over $400. Our class made a A&M baseball basket. It had tons of stuff in it! All the baseball players from A&M signed an A&M baseball bat...you know a little boy would LOVE opening that up Christmas morning!
Last night my friend Kristan and I went into downtown Bryan to go eat at a little Italian restaurant called Caffe Capri. It was so funny....my cousin Caitlin and her boyfriend wanted to have a nice date night and they ended up at the same place we where at! They were probably wishing they went somewhere else, ha! There was a wait and since they got there a little before us so they got seated first. Kristan and I were still waiting for our table about ten minutes after they sat down so I decided to go up to their table to aggravate them a little bit....I asked Cait if we could just sit with them because it was taking too long for us to get a table. She just laughed! LOL. I don't know why they wouldn't want us to sit with them?! : )

Afterwards, we went to Spoons to get some yogurt! There is always a line out the door each time I go there. I told Kristan we should think about opening up a yogurt place...it seems like the popular thing to do now. I'm sure they're making the bucks!
Later, we all went to Northgate for a birthday. We only stayed for a little bit since we all had stuff to do today. Here are a few pictures...
It was a great weekend! Now I need to get prepared for next week! I have a list of things to do today...ughh!
