Last Friday, Matt (my cousin Cait's boyfriend) got his Aggie Ring! Getting your college ring at A&M is a really big deal...the tradtion is to dunk your ring in a pitcher of beer (I'm sure you remember me telling you all about this past September when I got my ring). Friday night Matt had a party at his house and he dunked his ring with two of his friends! Here are some pictures that I took at the party....

Okay.....so what do y'all think of Jessica Simpson's engagement? I'm a huge Jessica and Nick fan....I was devastated when they broke up, ha! Last week Nick proposed to girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo and just a few short days later Jessica get's engaged! Very interesting! Is it a coincidence or a race to the alter? What do you think?

I think its seriously strange that they both got engaged the SAME week, REALLY?! Talk about someone stealing someone else's thunder a bit.

Personally, I think it's highly suspect that Jessica would get engaged the same week as Nick. I thought I heard on The View this morning that when asked about her engagement she was quoted as saying "He's all I want right now." Right now? What about forever?
I found that engagement and timing rather odd myself!

I hadn't heard about Jessica's engagement unitl now! That's crazy and way too suspicious! They had her on some radio show last week saying that she was "Super, super happy for Nick and wishes him all the best!" I sense some jealousy!

I love Jessica too but I think it is a little odd that she gets engaged a few days after Nick. Nick and Jessica should just get back together. Ha!
