Change of plans! I ended up not leaving for Dallas yesterday because I had too much to get done (student teaching meeting, homework, laundry, packing, etc). So I am leaving this morning instead! Last night when I finally finished my philosophy of education paper Kristan, Cait, and I all went to TGI Fridays for dinner and to go see Dear John!

Dear John was pretty good! The ending was a little weird though. I kinda wish I had read thebook first! Channing Tatum is sooo cute! ;)
This week on Facebook is Doppelganger Week....you are supposed to upload a picture of a celebrity that looks just like you and add it as your profile pic! I went to MyHeritage.com to figure out the celebrity in me! It said that I looked most like Kelly Clarkson, Candice Cameron from Full House, and Drew Barrymore.I ended posting this pic of Kelly Clarkson as my profile pic on Facebook....I kinda can see a resemblance!

I have read a lot of Nicholas Sparks' books but Dear John is one of the ones I haven't read yet! I am definitely going to read it before I go see the movie! Have fun in Dallas!

I saw it yesterday and the entire time i was thinking that just watching Channing shirtless was enough...the book ending and movie ending are different

I haven't read Dear John either. I didn't read it b/c every time I read the book, then see the movie, I am disappointed. So I didn't want to psych myself up this time.
