I had a busy but fun weekend! Friday was ring day here at A&M! My friend Kristan and I were so excited to finally get our AGGIE RINGS! After you complete so many hours at A&M you can get a ring! The tradition is to dunk your ring in a pitcher of beer after you get it! I was SOO nervous about that part!
My parents and best friend Kimberly came with me to get my ring. I had to work Friday so I waited until the 5:15 time slot to get my ring. Getting your ring is a pretty big deal so everyone gets pretty dressed up!

i love the tradition behind it...at my school we just order it out of a catalog when we're sophomores. there a ring reveal because every year each class has a different signature design but i didn't go to that.

My friend went and got hers as well. Her sister presented it to her...but instead of her aggie ring...there was an ENGAGEMENT ring!!! she turned around to find her man down on one knee in front of everybody proposing!!!!
