Today was my first day of student teaching! I was so excited to meet all the first graders! Today we mainly just went over routines and procedures! We also did a few getting to know you activities and read a lot of books about the first day of school. This evening I went to over to my student teaching supervisor's house for a meeting....I thought it was so nice that she had beverages and food for us. I think it is going to be a great semester!

This afternoon the secretary walked into my mentor teacher's classroom with two vases of flowers that my parents sent me and my coopering teacher! Wasn't that sweet?
Aren't they pretty?!
I also just found out that I passed my PPR teacher certification test! Thank God!!!
Hope all of my teacher friends had a great first day too!

Love your outfit! Very pretty flowers, that was so sweet. My son is in 1st grade this year. He is already on his 2nd week...He has homeworkd every night but Friday... He loves it though. He got 100% on his first spelling test. I was super excited :-)
