My FAMOUS Guacamole and Five Questions!

I went back through all of my posts and put labels on everyone. Now it is SOO much easier to navigate through all of my posts. You can find a list of all my labels on the left side of my blog.

Last night my cousin's boyfriend made chicken tortilla soup for dinner! It was yummy! For drinks we had margarita's so I was in heaven! I brought over my famous guacamole! I'm not too much of a cook but I can make some pretty tasty guacamole if I do say so myself!

Here's my recipe:

Avocado's
Cilantro
 Lime or Lime Juice
Onion
Roma Tomatoes
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt
Pepper

I use about 3 or 4 avocados but it depends on how much you guacamole you want to make. Cut up about half of an onion and add several dashes of cilantro. I usually cut up 1 Roma Tomato but you may want to use two. Squeeze 1 lime into the bowl. Then add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix all together. And your done! I could eat guacamole everyday if I would let myself! : )

Today I decided to also participate in Five Question Friday!

1. What is one food you can eat everyday?

Mexican food!!!! I'm sure ALL of you knew that answer!

On Cinco De Mayo at one of my fav Mexican restaurants here in CS

2. Are you working in the career you thought you would be in when you were 18?

Well...I haven't started my career yet. I will be graduating in December with a degree in Education from Texas A&M. When I was 18 teaching crossed my mind but I wasn't for sure if that's what I wanted to do. I really considered going to nursing school to become a labor and delivery nurse. I LOVE babies!

3. What is something you wish you would of done when you were younger and you didn't?

Back in 2005 when I graduated from high school I decided to move to College Station to attended junior college. I ended up only staying one semester because I hated living in College Station. I kinda wish I would of just stuck it out instead of moving back home. Would I of liked it better the next semester ? Would I of met more people?

In 2008 I decided to move back and attend A&M...kinda weird huh? I like it much better now!

4. What color are your kitchen walls?

RED! I live in a small apartment and I decided to paint my kitchen red last summer.

I love my retro looking red wall!

5. Do you remember what your very first favorite song was?

Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus

All My Ex's Live in Texas by George Strait

Happy Friday!!!!

Oh man, that guac looks good! My answer to #1 was chips and dip so, that guacamole would be perfect!

In love with your red wall. I'm about to redo my kitchen/living/dining area with white/black/red and go for red cabinets. I do love me some red walls though!

Stoppin' by from Mama M's. Have a great weekend!
