This past Saturday I took a spur of the moment trip up to the New Braunfels area to visit my best friend Kimberly and cousin Caitlin. Saturday evening me, Kimberly, Caitlin, and Matt (Cait's boyfriend) all went out to Gruene. I LOVE Gruene....it is such a neat little town! Gruene is home of the oldest dance hall in Texas!!! We ate at this fun restaurant called The Gristmill - it's a treehouse that overlooks the river. Afterwards, we went to this bar called Tavern on the Gruene for drinks! Have any of y'all ever been to Gruene before? Here are some pictures of our night.....

Sunday Kimberly and I went back to Gruene to have lunch with her mom. We also took along her nephew! He is too cute! We ate at the yummy Mexican restaurant called Adobe Verde and went shopping!

I absolutely love Gruene! My brother lives in New Braunfels so I drive there all the time from Austin to see them and love the concerts at Gruene hall. Cute pictures girlie!!! xoxo
