This week's topic is.....your Top 2 Favorite Things About Summer!
1. My number one favorite thing to do in the summer is go to the beach! Almost every year we go to Destin, Florida! I LOVE Destin! The sand and water there is beautiful! On our way to Destin we always stop in Biloxi, Mississippi at the Beau Rivage for a little gambling too! That's always a blast!
2. My second favorite thing about summer is watching thunderstorms roll in! I get SO excited! Last summer a huge thunderstorm rolled in while we were out on the beach! The wind was blowing probably like 60-70 mph, sand was flying every were, and everyone's beach chairs ended up in the water! It was pretty scary but exciting too! Ha! I'm thinking it might of been a little tornado. It lasted only 20 minutes or so! This picture was taken from my hotel balcony once we got up in the room!

Ahh summer, I think the only thing I don't like about it is the humidity. I loooove the beach and thunderstorms!

Oh my gosh that is gorgeous! We were actually just talking about Destin, FL! We've never been but we might try to go this summer. What part of the island do you recommend staying and do you have any hotel recs?? It looks like so much fun!

My favorite summer thing is definitely going to the beach, and also having campfires! I love smores!

I've lived in Florida practically my whole life and have yet to go to Destin. Crazy!
