Last night I went over to my friend Kailee's house to hang out and to have a glass of wine. Kailee and I have been friends since like the 5th grade. I love how I still keep in touch with people I went to elementary school with!
"What happens at 7 Leguas, Stays at 7 Leguas"
My favorite place to eat is a little Mexican restaurant down the street from where I grew up - 7 Leguas. When I lived back home we would usually eat there at least 2 times a week! Every time I call in a to-go order they know it's me by my voice....how bad is that?! For my 21st birthday my mom even called the owner and had them put "Happy 21st Birthday Christa" on their sign outside....I was SO embarrassed!
Well the other day I noticed that they had t-shirts for sale and I had to get one! The one that I bought (see picture above) says "What Happens At 7 Leguas, Stay At 7 Leguas". They forgot the "s" in the word "Stay". Ha! And on the back it says, "Local Hot Spot". I thought it was the perfect shirt for me! People who really know me may only think that this is funny!

My Aunt Shannon just created a website for her new business! At Shan-Lu Creations they custom make and personalize anything from wood signs to home decor! Shannon made me this cute square plaque a couple months ago...I love it!
Do you know someone who loves a certain sport, just had a baby, or who is going off to college? The wood plaques can be specially made to fit the person like the one below!
